Internet Banking

 

Here’s what you can do from your touchtone phone

-Account Balance
Check your account balances, available funds and your latest deposits.

-Additional Account Information
Get the information you need on posted checks and deposits, direct deposits, ATM transactions,
interest postings, maturity dates and interest rates on CD’s.

-Specific Check Inquiry
Find out if and when a specific check cleared and for what amount.

-Loan Information
Obtain loan information such as balance, next payment due, rates, etc.

-Interest and Tax Information
Receive information on year-to-date interest paid on a loan or credited to a deposit account.

-Funds Transfer Request
Transfer money from one Select Bank account to another or make a loan payment. Simply
visit your nearest branch office to start this feature.

-Faxed Checking Update
With access to a fax machine, you can receive a summary of your checking account activity
since your last statement. There is a nominal fee of $3.00 for this service.

Getting Started on Bank-By-Phone
Have the following information ready

-Bank Access Code 735
-Your Social Security or Business Tax ID Number
-The last four digits of one of your checking, savings or loan account numbers

Your Account Numbers
Below are examples of various account numbers to help you locate the last four digits needed:

-Checking

-Statement Savings

Your First Call

-Dial toll free 1-800-752-9418
FASTBanking will say “Please enter your three digit access code followed by pound sign (#).”
The pound sign (#) is located on the lower right corner of your phone’s keypad.

-Enter 735 and the pound sign (#) on your phone’s keypad
This number is your access code.

-Enter your Social Security number and the pound sign (#).
FASTBanking will say “Please enter your four digit password followed by the pound sign, or, if
this is your first time calling, please enter the last four digits of an account number followed by
the pound sign.”

-Enter the last four digits of an account number and pound sign (#).
For example. 6789#.

-FASTBanking prompts you to enter a “password.”
This is a special code that further identifies you to the system. It will be used during all future
calls you make to FASTBanking.

Creating Your Password

-Your password must have four digits, but not the same four digits. For example. 4411 or4441
are okay, but 4444 is not okay.

-After entering your password, FASTBanking will ask you to re-enter it. The password you enter
the second time must match the first one.

You are now ready to use FASTBanking!

-You will hear a menu of various choices for information. Simply choose one of them and
proceed as you wish.

Adding Accounts

-You may now, or at any time in the future, add accounts to FASTBanking. To link additional
accounts to FASTBanking, choose option 4 and be ready to enter the last four digits of the
desired account number. The account will be added to the list of accounts available to you.

Once you are in the system, you will hear all or part of the following “voice menu.” Please contact
your branch office to activate the transfer and loan payment feature.

       -Last deposit
       -Last interest credit
       -Last direct deposit
       -Last ATM transaction
6. Fax ($3 charge per fax)

1. Principal and escrow balance
2. Payment information

7. Make a payment
